Comcast Customer Service Commitment to Anatolia

Anatolia's agreement with Comcast obligates them to maintain a toll-free telephone number available to Anatolia customers twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days a week.  The number is (800) 856-2374.  When they ask for your "account number" just press * which is for "bulk" servivces.  The customer service number can be used for any request including technical support, service problems, adding phone and internet, etc.  Comcast will begin working on service interruptions promptly (no later than the next business day, excluding conditions beyond the control of the company).  Also, the cable TV channel lineup is posted on the Clubhouse bulletin boards, on the Anatolia HOA website www.AnatoliaHOA.org/docs (in "Other documents") and in the January 2011 Clubhouse newsletter (Odyssey).
