2025 DIRECTOR ELECTION

The Association’s Annual Election was scheduled to be held on October 23rd, 2025; however, we did not meet the minimum quorum requirement as established in the Association’s governing documents and Election Rules.

In accordance with the adopted Election Rules, the election will automatically be extended for an additional 30 days. This extension allows members additional time to submit ballots to help the Association achieve quorum and complete the election process.

HOA Elections of California has confirmed that the adjourned election date will be held on:

TIME: 6:00 PM
LOCATION: Anatolia Clubhouse – 11828 Chrysanthy Blvd., Rancho Cordova, CA 95742

At that meeting, if we meet quorum, the Inspector of Elections will open and tabulate the ballots, and the official election results will be announced.

Please note that only one ballot per household will be recorded. As a reminder, the Association utilizes a third-party, independent election vendor—HOA Elections of California—to ensure a fair and impartial process. The Association does not accept or collect ballots under any circumstances.

We encourage all members who have not yet voted to promptly submit their ballots in accordance with the instructions provided by HOA Elections of California. Participation from all homeowners is essential to ensure the Association meets quorum and completes this important governance process.

Check Mail Ballots Arriving!

Ballots for the upcoming Annual Election will begin arriving after September 20th. Please check your mail frequently and carefully review all instructions included with your ballot.

Important Reminders:

  • Only one ballot per household will be sent/accepted.

  • Be sure to follow all instructions exactly to ensure your vote is valid.

  • Do not return ballots to the Clubhouse—we are not involved in ballot collection.

  • All completed ballots must be mailed directly to HOA Elections as instructed.

  • Stamps are not provided, so please plan accordingly.

ELECTION RESOURCES 

  • Read the official GENERAL NOTICE OF THE 2025 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS.

    The Association has selected HOA Elections of California, Inc. to function as the Inspector of Election. HOA Elections’ objective is to conduct the election process professionally and as efficiently as possible on your behalf. Pursuant to California Civil Code 5115(b) (effective January 1, 2020), notice of the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held as follows:

    Date/Time: Friday, November 21st, 2025, at 6 PM

    Where: The meeting will be held in person and via Video Conference. You will be able to ask questions and view the opening of the ballots from your computer, tablet, or smartphone with the Inspector on a live video feed. Specific information on video conference call-in procedures will be included in your ballot packet, due to be mailed 30 days before the meeting. You will not be able to drop ballots off at the meeting. Please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED by the HOA Inspector no later than the deadline below.

    Purpose: For the Members to elect one (1) Member to the Board of Directors for a three-year term.

  • Your election ballot packet with details specific to your election, including instructions on how to return your properly executed ballot, will be mailed to you approximately 30 days prior to the election. Please vote promptly and return your ballot per the voting deadlines outlined below:

    When you receive your ballot packet, please exercise your voting rights by completing your ballot promptly and mailing it to HOA Elections in the pre-addressed envelope, but do not forget to sign your outer envelope.

    Deadline for Inspector to Receive Ballots: Mailed ballots to HOA Elections of California (located at 1001 Avenida Pico, Ste. C-496, San Clemente, CA 92673) must be received no later than Friday, November 21, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. No ballots will be accepted the day of the meeting, so please MAIL your ballots to be RECEIVED to the Inspector by the deadline.
