FITNESS CLASS REGISTRATION

All fitness classes are indoors. Space is limited to 20 participants per class. Below is the list of available classes. The Clubhouse does not provide equipment so bring your own water bottle, mat, and towel where applicable. All levels are welcome! Each member is allowed to register for ONE member spot per class. Members are not allowed to sign up on behalf of other members because members must be verified by Clubhouse staff. Guests are permitted for a $5 drop-in fee.


  • Registration Process Update: We made a few updates to our class registration process designed to improve your overall experience and simplify booking — especially for those attending multiple classes each week.

    What’s Improving?

    Under the new system:

    • You can “shop” for multiple classes at once (based on what’s posted).

    • You can add multiple classes — and guests when applicable — to your cart.

    • You can check out in one single transaction.

    Previously, the old scheduler required one transaction per class, which many found repetitive. This new format is cleaner, more efficient, and more user-friendly.

    Important Reminder

    • The new system will not display “spots available” under each class.

    • This makes pre-registration essential to secure your spot. 

    • If you arrive without registering, you need to wait outside the class and cannot assume space will be available. Checking in at the front desk is how we will monitor first-come, first-served, not hovering the aerobics room doors. 

    To help classes begin on time and run smoothly, we strongly encourage registering online in advance. Members who are not pre-registered may experience delays or be unable to join if the class has reached capacity.

    No-Show Policy Update

    With the new system, we will no longer automatically charge no-show fees. While this requires more hands-on monitoring from our team, we believe improving the experience for the majority outweighs penalizing everyone for the actions of a few. We will monitor attendance patterns and address concerns as needed- including but not limited to assessing fees.

    Additional Notes

    • When applicable, staff may periodically join classes to gather feedback on instruction quality and identify opportunities for improvement. 

    • Any questions regarding online registration or payment processing may be directed to hospitality@anatoliahoa.org. Our web designer will have access to this email and will be able to assist in my absence.

  • REGISTRATION POLICY:

    HOW TO CANCEL:

    You can call the Clubhouse at (916) 294-0026 or email the front desk staff at info@anatoliahoa.org. This will allow your spot to be offered to other residents.

  • REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

    To attend a fitness class, you can register online or drop-in. Drop-ins are not guaranteed a spot as online registration may fill the class.

    HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE FOR FITNESS CLASSES (Note, this process will begin for classes after March 16, 2026)

    1. Scroll down and when you find the class that you’d like to attend, click on that class icon.

    2. Select the type of ticket (member or guest) & the class date you want to attend, then click Add to Cart.

    3. Once done adding classes to your cart, click on the shopping cart icon to proceed to checkout.

    4. Enter your information. (Note: You are required to enter your email, first name, last name, your Anatolia address, phone number, and credit card information if applicable.)

    5. Review your information and click Purchase when you’re ready.

    6. A new screen will appear with your order number and you will receive an email confirmation of your class registration.

    NOTIFICATIONS:

    EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS: Our system communicates with you regarding your fitness class registration via email.  Be sure to enter your email address correctly at the time of registration so you do not miss this communication auto-generated by the system.

    CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

    You may create an account during checkout for faster future purchases by checking the box in the Review & Purchase section. Accounts can no longer be used to manage class registration.

    Mondays

    Chair Pilates | 6:00–7:00 PM
    A low-impact, barre-inspired Pilates class using chairs for support, balance, and resistance. This class focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and controlled movement while remaining gentle on the joints. Perfect for all fitness levels looking to tone, lengthen, and strengthen in a supportive format.

    Yoga | 7:00–8:00 PM
    An all-levels yoga class designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress. Expect a balanced flow of mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to leave you feeling centered, stretched, and restored.

    Wednesdays

    Cardio Sculpt | 6:00–7:00 PM
    A full-body workout combining cardio intervals with strength training for maximum efficiency. This energizing class targets endurance, muscle fitness, core strength, and flexibility through dynamic movements and range-of-motion exercises. Designed to elevate your heart rate while sculpting and toning from head to toe.

    Strong & Stable | 7:00–8:00 PM
    Build lasting strength and improve your balance in this low-impact, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels. This class focuses on functional movements, resistance training, and core stability to enhance everyday mobility and prevent injury. With a blend of strength exercises, balance drills, and posture work, you’ll leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more confident in your movements.

    Thursdays

    Water Aerobics | 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
    A fun, low-impact workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels. It improves cardiovascular health, increases flexibility, builds strength, and reduces joint stress—all while keeping you cool in the summer heat.

    Saturdays

    Zumba | 10:00–11:00 AM
    A high-energy dance fitness class featuring upbeat Latin and international music. Zumba blends easy-to-follow choreography with cardio conditioning to create a fun, calorie-burning workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise.

    Yoga | 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
    A rejuvenating weekend flow designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. This class incorporates breath-guided movement and deep stretching to help release tension and reset for the week ahead. Suitable for all experience levels.
