HOA ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS

As shown in the escrow closing documents for all Anatolia homes, the Association collects monthly assessments to maintain the health of the organization. Assessments pay for everything from staffing and administration to Clubhouse maintenance and events. Assessments are charged on the first of every month and are considered late if posted after the 15th. Below is a detailed list of your payment options.

Payments can be made online through ClickPay, by e-check (ACH), debit or credit card. There is no fee when paying by e-check (ACH) from a checking or savings account. How do I register for ClickPay?

If you did not receive an email, visit www.ClickPay.com/FirstService and click “Register”. If you did receive an email from ClickPay or FirstService Residential regarding this new payment option, your account exists and can be accessed by clicking the link emailed to you. Create your online profile and connect your home using the 8-digit Access Number listed on your statement.

Please note: if your last name contains “TTEE”, indicating a trust, you will need to include that in the “Last Name” field (i.e. “Smith TTEE”)

PAY ASSESSMENTS USING YOUR BANK’S BILL PAY SERVICE

You may continue to use your bank’s bill pay service. Please be sure payments are addressed to the PO Box listed above.

FEE WAIVER REQUEST DESCRIPTION

A fee waiver request allows a member to formally ask the Board of Directors to consider forgiveness of certain account charges, such as late fees or interest. These charges are considered soft costs—they are not direct out-of-pocket expenses already paid by the Association to a third party, but rather administrative or time-based penalties assessed under the governing documents.

Because these fees do not represent funds the Association has already expended, it is reasonable to request Board consideration for a waiver when circumstances warrant. Approval is not guaranteed and each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the member’s account history, the reason for the request, and the Association’s policies.

While the Association must apply its rules consistently, the Board also recognizes that unexpected situations can arise. For that reason, submitting a fee waiver request is often worthwhile—sometimes life happens, and it is appropriate to ask for understanding.
