Summer Break Clubhouse Reminders

As summer break kicks off and the Clubhouse sees increased activity, we’re excited to welcome families, friends, and guests to enjoy everything our community has to offer. To keep the Clubhouse safe, enjoyable, and functional for all, please take a moment to review a few important reminders and guidelines for the season.

  • Before using the facility, ensure your household’s membership is up to date. If you’re unsure of your status or need assistance, please contact the Front Desk. Only active members may access the Clubhouse and its amenities.

  • Each household is allowed up to four guests per day at no charge. Additional guests are permitted at a fee of $10 per guest. All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times and must sign in at the Front Desk. Sneaking guests in through side gates is a serious violation and will result in disciplinary action.

  • Rules are posted throughout the Clubhouse, pool area, and gym for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. These include attire requirements, food and drink restrictions, and equipment usage guidelines. If you have questions about any rule, the staff is here to help clarify.

  • With increased traffic comes increased responsibility. Please:

    • Clean up after yourself and your guests.

    • Keep noise levels reasonable, especially indoors.

    • Supervise children at all times.

    • Treat staff, facilities, and fellow members with courtesy.

    Damage to property, disruptive behavior, or disregard for facility rules will be documented and escalated to the Board if necessary.

  • The Board of Directors takes misuse of the facility seriously. Repeated violations or significant misconduct can result in fines, suspension of Clubhouse privileges, and further action as outlined in the Association’s governing documents.
