2027 Assessments: Increase to $120 Starts in January

Following a year of discussion and planning, the Board of Directors has approved a $17 monthly assessment increase for 2027, bringing the base monthly assessment to $120.

For perspective, when Anatolia broke ground in 2005, base assessments were $115 per month. More than 20 years later, the 2027 assessment will be just $5 more than when our community began.

As Anatolia has grown, so have the costs of utilities, insurance, labor, maintenance, vendors, and operating our Clubhouse and community amenities. This adjustment will help the Association keep pace with those costs while continuing to maintain the services and amenities our community enjoys. Additional details will be included in the 2027 Budget and Annual Assessment mailing.
