We will offer 6 classes per week to maintain budget alignment.
Class days may shift slightly as logistics are finalized with our vendor.
Updated schedules will be shared with staff and posted on the website once confirmed.

Registration Process Update:
As we head into March, we’re making a few updates to our class registration process designed to improve your overall experience and simplify booking — especially for those attending multiple classes each week.
Here’s everything you need to know:
March Registration Timeline
March 2 – March 14, 2026
Registration will be members only.
No guest registrations during the first two weeks.
Members will continue using the traditional scheduler to book classes during this time (if you’ve been using it — thank you!).
Beginning March 9, 2026
For classes dated March 15 and beyond, registration will move to the commerce side of the website (the same place you purchase event tickets).
It will still appear on the Fitness page and look familiar — but the booking functionality will be enhanced behind the scenes.

What’s Improving?
Under the new system:
You can “shop” for multiple classes at once (based on what’s posted).
You can add multiple classes — and guests when applicable — to your cart.
You can check out in one single transaction.
Previously, the old scheduler required one transaction per class, which many found repetitive. This new format is cleaner, more efficient, and more user-friendly.
Important Reminder
The new system will not display “spots available” under each class.
This makes pre-registration essential to secure your spot.
If you arrive without registering, you need to wait outside the class and cannot assume space will be available. Checking in at the front desk is how we will monitor first-come, first-served, not hovering the aerobics room doors.
To help classes begin on time and run smoothly, we strongly encourage registering online in advance. Members who are not pre-registered may experience delays or be unable to join if the class has reached capacity.
No-Show Policy Update
With the new system, we will no longer automatically charge no-show fees. While this requires more hands-on monitoring from our team, we believe improving the experience for the majority outweighs penalizing everyone for the actions of a few. We will monitor attendance patterns and address concerns as needed- including but not limited to assessing fees.

Additional Notes
When applicable, staff may periodically join classes to gather feedback on instruction quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
