New Rhombus Door Access Launch

We are excited to announce that it is time to begin downloading our new hands-free door access app, Rhombus, now available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

As we prepare to launch this new platform, we need your help to ensure a smooth and successful transition for the entire community.

To activate and maintain your access credentials, please make sure we have your most current:

• Household information forms

• Email address (this email will be tied directly to your account and mobile credentials)

• Phone numbers

• Rental agreements, if tenants are authorized to receive Clubhouse access

If we currently have an outdated or unused email address on file, your mobile credentials may not function properly with the new system.

Additionally, if a household member originally registered as a minor is now an adult, please notify us so we can update their profile and ensure their credentials reflect the appropriate access permissions.

This transition is a significant undertaking designed to:

• Improve convenience with hands-free entry

• Enhance account security

• Better manage and prevent misuse of credentials

• Streamline community access overall

Please note that each hands-free credential will be uniquely assigned to an individual mobile device, making accurate information essential. The sooner residents update their information and download the app, the smoother and faster the transition process will be for everyone. There will be a future cutoff date when physical access cards will no longer function, and we do not want anyone to experience interruptions accessing the community facilities. We encourage you to share this information with your neighbors and community groups as we move toward this exciting upgrade.
