Transition to Mobile Clubhouse Credentials

We’re excited to announce an upcoming upgrade to our Clubhouse access system that will allow residents to use their cell phones as Clubhouse credentials. This transition is part of a broader effort to modernize our facilities and improve convenience, security, and overall user experience.

What to Expect:

Over the next 90 days, we will be implementing this new system in an all-hands-on-deck transition. During this time, our team will be working closely with residents to ensure a smooth and accurate rollout.

Action Required:

To prepare for this change, we ask that all residents:

  • Verify and update your household and contact information with the Clubhouse.

  • Ensure that all listed members of your household are current and accurate.

  • If you are a homeowner with new renters or recent tenant changes, please communicate these updates directly with the Management Team as soon as possible.

Credential Verification Process:

As part of this transition, all Clubhouse credentials will be carefully reviewed and vetted. Access will be granted based on current documentation and verified usage, helping us ensure the new system is clean, secure, and up to date from day one.

Ongoing Communication:

There will be frequent communication and clear step-by-step directions shared throughout the coming months to guide youth through the process. Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible, and ensure no one is left out in the cold—or the Clubhouse.
