Upcoming 2026 Election Season
The Anatolia Units 1, 2, and 4 Master Association will hold its Annual Meeting on October 15, 2026, during which two (2) Directors will be elected to the Board of Directors for a three (3) year term. The 2026 election will be conducted by an independent third-party inspector to ensure a fair and transparent process.
Serving on the Board is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the community—shaping policies, stewarding resources, and helping to preserve the quality of life for all members. It requires not only a willingness to dedicate time and energy, but also the ability to make thoughtful and, at times, difficult decisions that affect your neighbors and friends.
If you are passionate about community service and interested in serving in a leadership capacity, we encourage you to consider candidacy. Additional election information, including nomination forms, candidate timelines, and eligibility requirements, will be distributed later this month. Proposed Election Rules, which incorporate the online voting opportunity for the community, can currently be found on the Association website. These proposed rules will be reviewed at the June 18, 2026, Board Meeting. Copies have also been posted in the outdoor common area, and printed copies are available at the Clubhouse front desk.
Prospective candidates are encouraged to review the Association’s governing documents to better understand the responsibilities and qualifications associated with Board service. This is a valuable opportunity to serve your community and help shape its future.
