2025 Clubhouse Rules & Regulations

UPDATE: 4/18/25

2025 Clubhouse Rules & Regulations: 28-Day Member Review Period Now Open

The Board of Directors is pleased to present the proposed 2025 Clubhouse Rules and Regulations for community review.

As our neighborhood continues to grow and evolve, these updated guidelines are designed to better reflect the current use of the Clubhouse and its amenities, with a focus on safety, functionality, and the overall member experience.

In accordance with Civil Code section 4360, the draft rules are now available for a 28-day member comment period. We invite all homeowners to review the proposed updates and share your feedback with Management at manager@anatoliahoa.org.

Official 28-day Notice from Management and the Proposed 2025 Clubhouse Rules & Regulations are available on the HOMEOWNER INFORMATION PAGE.

UPDATE: 4/17/25

Following a productive and engaging nights of conversation with our membership, we’re excited to share Version 2 (V2) of the draft Clubhouse Rules and Regulations. The feedback collected throughout our Town Hall series—as well as the many one-on-one conversations held in the Clubhouse, has been carefully reviewed and incorporated into this updated version.

While refinements are still in progress, Management wanted to share the current progress and highlight a few key updates that reflect member input:

  • Membership Card(s) → Clubhouse Membership Access System: A bit more formal, yes—but using this updated terminology consistently throughout the document helps lay the groundwork for future door access system upgrades.

  • General Rules: We’ve now separated “Prohibited Items” and “Prohibited Activities” for clarity, and added a helpful catch-all clause—“any activity deemed unsafe”—based on a great suggestion from a member during discussion.

  • Fitness Center → Fitness Area: This term has been updated and defined to include the gym floor, designated cardio areas, aerobics room, locker rooms, sauna, and steam room. “Designated cardio areas” is included to reflect the potential expansion of the fitness area.

  • Attire and Footwear: Member suggestions led to updated guidance on appropriate footwear for the sauna and steam room, as well as provisions allowing for medical variances—these updates now appear throughout all applicable sections.

  • Fitness Area Etiquette and Conduct: Formerly “Gym Rules,” this newly restructured section outlines clear gym etiquette standards, reflecting long-requested feedback from regular fitness users.

  • Changes in Household: Occupant and tenant changes are to be disclosed to the Clubhouse within 30 days so that Membership Access records can be updated accordingly.

As a reminder, nothing is written in cement—we’ll continue to review and refine together. The Open Board Meeting on April 17th at 7:00 PM (in person or via Zoom) is intentionally light to give us time to walk through these updates and hear more of your thoughts.

UPDATED: 4/9/25

As our community has grown and the way we use the Clubhouse has evolved, it’s time for our rules to reflect that progress. The current Anatolia Rules and Regulations were created nearly 20 years ago and no longer align with how the space is used today. With that in mind, Management has sent out and posted Version 1 (V1) of the updated draft to the website to give members a chance to review and share feedback with the Board of Directors. Join us for Part 3 of our Town Hall series tonight, Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 6:00 PM, where we’ll focus on improving the function, safety, and overall member experience of the Clubhouse. Your input is essential as we work together to shape a space that truly serves the needs of our community today and into the future.

Board of Directors Seeks Member Feedback on Clubhouse Rules & Regulations Updates:

The Board of Directors is in the process of updating the Clubhouse Rules & Regulations and is inviting Members to provide their input. This is an opportunity for the community to weigh in on important policies that impact the Clubhouse, Pools, Gym, and Membership Cards.

To ensure Members have a voice in these updates, the Board will be holding two feedback meetings this month:

March 18th at 5:30 PM (Town Hall PT1)

March 27th at 6:00 PM (Town Hall PT2)

These meetings will be a space for discussion, suggestions, and clarifications regarding proposed changes. Whether you’re passionate about fitness center policies, pool usage, or general Clubhouse rules, your insights matter!

We encourage all interested Members to attend and help shape the future of our community spaces. If you are unable to attend but would like to provide feedback, please reach out to Management for alternative ways to share your thoughts.

Your participation is key to maintaining a Clubhouse that meets the needs of our community—see you there!

Can’t make it? Email your thoughts to manager@anatoliahoa.org.
