Our Board of Directors is seeking volunteers interested in serving our neighborhood by making Anatolia an even better place to live.

• Have a desire to improve Anatolia to be an even better place for us all to live and raise our families

• Be honest with the community

• ASK owners their opinions and LISTEN to what owners tell you

Thank you to the many neighbors who showed up to the open meeting for all home owners Tuesday, April 17, 2018.  Many showed up and spoke up.

In February, the Study Room at the Anatolia Clubhouse (which belongs to all of us) was closed to us by a majority of the Board of Directors, inappropriately, without permission of the Anatolia home owners.  The majority of board was not listening to us, the home owners.  They resigned on April 8, 2018.  The sole remaining board member is me (Craig Osborn, Anatolia home owner and resident with my family since 2006).  I am re-opening the Study Room to all of us – all members and guests of the Clubhouse at Anatolia – beginning today, April 13, 2018.  It is ours!

Tonight I’m calling an open meeting, open to all Anatolia owners, for next Tuesday, April 17 at 7:00 PM in our Clubhouse.  Our board has changed!Our HOA is now listening – to us, the owners!  Please join us on Tuesday – there’s so much news to share.

Neighbors, the following four former members of our Homeowners Association’s Board of Directors have resigned:

Eunie Linden (was President);  Jon Brock (was Vice President);  Kokou Agbassekou (was Secretary);  Philip Latenser (was Chief Financial Officer).

I want YOUR input – we are all owners – on how you would like those seats to be filled.  Our HOA belongs to us, and we all should have our voices heard.  At the moment there’s one remaining board member (me), with 4 seats to be filled.
