As a follow-up to the announcement in April 2018 about the status of the Association’s completed lawsuit against the developer and builder of our Clubhouse for claimed construction defects, the Board of Directors released a letter to Residents to provide another update.

The survey is now closed for responses. Thank you to the many residents who provided their input. The results of the survey will be reviewed by the Clubhouse Manager and the HOA Board.

Our Anatolia community tradition is back! Food Trucks will be at the Eagle’s Nest park (next to the clubhouse) every Tuesday from 5PM - 8PM.

We're improving the Clubhouse to make it better, cleaner, more inviting, more functional, and more fun for all of us!  And we need YOUR input, so the improvements will include what you most want. 

The Anatolia Clubhouse Exterior Committee (comprised 100% of Anatolia residents) has nearly completed the bidding process for repairs to the Clubhouse pool deck area.  Our Board of Directors (also comprised 100% of Anatolia residents) has scheduled an open session to review the bids and share them with you for your input.
