Residential Speed Limit of 25 MPH in Anatolia
Vehicle speed is critical for the safety of our community. Anatolia is a walk and bike-friendly community with many four-legged friends. The 25 MPH speed limit reduces the amount of time it takes for you to react to changes in the roadway and makes it easier for you to stop your vehicle if needed. Please watch your vehicle speed, it takes the whole community to keep it safe.
Wetland preserve - NO TRESPASSING
Enjoy the view of the wetlands from Heron Landing or the walking trails but public access to the Vernal Pool Reserve is strictly prohibited.
City of Rancho Cordova - Affordable Housing Project
The Association is not involved with this project, we are simply just encouraging homeowners to explore the information provided by the City Council HERE.
Street Sweeping Service Schedule
The City of Rancho Cordova provides Street Sweeping Service to the Anatolia Community. Our community is serviced on the Second Wednesday of Every Month. Now you can find the street sweeping dates on our event calendar found HERE.
Shriners Donation Station
For the 2020 Holiday Season, The Anatolia Clubhouse has partnered with Shriners Hospitals for Children- Northern California to be a toy donation station.
Gym and Clubhouse - Closed Starting 11/13/20
On Nov. 10, the State of California announced new COVID-19 Tier assignments for counties. Effective November 13, 2020 our Clubhouse and Gym will be closed.
