The Clubhouse at Anatolia would like your help in supporting the frontline firefighters in Plymouth, CA. We received a list of items needed from a local CalFire Chief deployed at the Caldor fire, please see the flyer.
2021 Anatolia Outdoor Concert Series
Celebrate the sounds of summer, with the 2021 Anatolia Outdoor Concert Series at the Clubhouse, every Thursday Night, September 9, 2021- October 14, 2021 from 4:30pm-8:30pm.
Policy Governing Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units
The Board of Directors is considering the adoption of the policy governing accessory dwelling units (ADU) and junior accessory dwelling units (JADU). The purpose of the proposed policy is to provide Association Members with established criteria when considering the implementation of a ADU or JADU on their property.
2021 Director Election
The 2021 Annual Meeting of the members of Anatolia Units 1, 2 and 4 Master Association will be held Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to vote on the IRS Resolution and announce the new Board Members.
Steam Room & Sauna Project
Starting Monday, August 9, 2021, the Association will begin the long-anticipated steam room/sauna project. DesCor Builders have been awarded the project and will be onsite early Monday morning to install a temporary wall that will separate the main gym floor to the construction zone.
Face Covering Order July 2021
Due to the case rate increases of COVID-19 from the Delta variant, the Sacramento County Public Health Officer has issued a health order requiring face coverings indoors regardless of vaccination status. This Order will continue to be in effect until rescinded or amended in writing by the Health Officer.
