2026 DIRECTOR ELECTION

The Anatolia Units 1, 2, and 4 Master Association will hold its Annual Meeting on November 19, 2026, during which two (2) Directors will be elected to the Board of Directors for a three (3) year term. The 2026 Election will be conducted by an independent third-party inspector to ensure a fair and transparent process.

  • The Association has selected HOA Elections of California, Inc. to function as the Inspector of Election. HOA Elections of California, Inc.’s objective is to conduct the election process professionally and as efficiently as possible. Pursuant to California Civil Code 5115, notice of the Meeting will be held as follows:

    Date/Time: Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM

    Where: The meeting will be held in person and via Video Conference.

  • Upon receipt of the ballot packet, members may exercise their voting rights by completing the ballot promptly and mailing it to HOA Elections of California, Inc. in the pre-addressed envelope. The outer envelope must be signed for the ballot to be counted. Deadline for mailed Ballots: Ballots must be received by the Inspector of Elections at: 1001 Avenida Pico, Ste C-496 San Clemente, CA 92673 by Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

  • Members who did not opt out of electronic voting will receive an online voting link via email at least 30 days prior to the election. The electronic ballot must be completed no later than: Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM for the vote to be counted.
