Do you have the most festive home in Anatolia?

Now is your chance to shine! The Board of Directors invites all residents to participate in the 2025 Holiday Home Decorating Contest and help light up our community with holiday cheer.

    1. All Anatolia residents—homeowners and tenants—are welcome to participate.

    2. Residents must register online by December 15th, 2025 to be included in the contest and community map.

  • Only decorations visible from the street will be judged.
    Backyards and interior decorations are not eligible for consideration.

  • Homes will be judged by the Board of Directors & ACC Committee based on:

    • Originality

    • Creativity

    • Quality

    • Level of Detail

    • Theme Execution

    • Winter Wonderland Award
      For homes that embrace crisp whites, frosty details, twinkling icicle lights, and magical winter themes.

    • Merry & Bright Award
      For displays bursting with festive reds, greens, golds, glowing Santas, reindeer, and colorful holiday cheer.

    • Classic Christmas Award
      For warm white bulbs, simple rooftop strands, traditional wreaths, and nostalgic holiday scenes.

    • Santa’s Workshop Award
      For animated displays, elves, toys, glowing presents, sleighs, and all the playful magic of the North Pole.


    One winner will be selected in each category, and each will choose a $100 e-gift card (Amazon or Target).

  • A full map of participating homes will be available to all members on December 19th, 2025.

    Join us at the Clubhouse for hot chocolate and printed maps that evening as you tour the festive lights throughout Anatolia.
