New Fitness Classes & Schedule Starting in May

Back by popular demand, our water aerobics classes will return starting in May! Take a look at the full schedule to view the updated class times and the new classes we’ll be offering.

MONDAYS

Chair Pilates | 6:00–7:00 PM

A low-impact, barre-inspired Pilates class using chairs for support, balance, and resistance. This class focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and controlled movement while remaining gentle on the joints. Perfect for all fitness levels looking to tone, lengthen, and strengthen in a supportive format.

Yoga | 7:00–8:00 PM

An all-levels yoga class designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress. Expect a balanced flow of mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to leave you feeling centered, stretched, and restored.

WEDNESDAYS

Cardio Sculpt | 6:00–7:00 PM (new time)

A full-body workout combining cardio intervals with strength training for maximum efficiency. This energizing class targets endurance, muscle fitness, core strength, and flexibility through dynamic movements and range-of-motion exercises. Designed to elevate your heart rate while sculpting and toning from head to toe.

Strong & Stable | 7:00–8:00 PM (previously Stretch & Flex, new time)

A guided flexibility and mobility class focused on improving range of motion, muscle recovery, and overall body alignment. Through slow, controlled stretching and functional movement, participants will enhance circulation, reduce stiffness, and support joint health.

THURSDAYS

Water Aerobics | 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (new class)

A low-impact, cardiovascular, and strength-training workout performed in the lap pool.

SATURDAYS

Zumba | 10:00–11:00 AM

A high-energy dance fitness class featuring upbeat Latin and international music. Zumba blends easy-to-follow choreography with cardio conditioning to create a fun, calorie-burning workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise.

Yoga | 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

A rejuvenating weekend flow designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. This class incorporates breath-guided movement and deep stretching to help release tension and reset for the week ahead. Suitable for all experience levels.

SUNDAYS

Water Aerobics | 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (new class)

A low-impact, cardiovascular, and strength-training workout performed in the lap pool.
