Summer Reminders
School’s out for summer—which means more activity around the Clubhouse! Please take a moment to review a few important reminders to help keep our community safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
Clubhouse & Pool Expectations
All members must scan in upon entry—no exceptions. Each person of age must use their own card.
Guests are welcome during permitted hours but must always be accompanied by a member.
Pool monitors are on-site to enforce rules. Please treat them with respect—they are here to ensure a safe environment for all. Failure to follow direction may result in removal for the day.
Access & Security
Do not prop doors open, hold doors for non-members, or allow access to anyone without proper credentials.
Climbing walls, entering restricted areas, or accessing amenities outside of posted hours is strictly prohibited.
With updated access systems, management and security are alerted in real time to violations.
Pool Area Rules
Pool gates will be locked at 9:00 PM. If you are still in the pool area at that time, you must exit through the designated back gate and walk around to the parking lot.
Anyone remaining in the area after hours may be considered trespassing and subject to enforcement.
Respect the Space & Each Other
Please be mindful of noise levels, clean up after yourselves, and remember that this is a shared space with your neighbors.
Parents—this is a great time to reinforce expectations with your teens before they head to the Clubhouse.
Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension of Clubhouse privileges for the entire household.
Let’s have a fun, safe, and respectful summer at the Clubhouse—thank you for doing your part!
