The Association’s Annual Election was scheduled to be held in October; however, we did not meet the minimum quorum requirement as established in the Association’s governing documents and Election Rules.
In accordance with the adopted Election Rules, the election will automatically be extended for an additional 30 days. This extension allows members additional time to submit ballots to help the Association achieve quorum and complete the election process.
HOA Elections of California has confirmed that the adjourned election date will be held on:
Friday, November 21, 2025 at 6:00 PM

At that meeting, if we meet quorum, the Inspector of Elections will open and tabulate the ballots, and the official election results will be announced.
Meetings are held in person and available via ZOOM.
