Each member is allowed to register for ONE member spot per class. Orders with multiple member spots for the same class will automatically be cancelled, and you will have to re-register for ONE spot.

Build lasting strength and improve your balance in this low-impact, full-body workout designed for all fitness levels. This class focuses on functional movements, resistance training, and core stability to enhance everyday mobility and prevent injury. With a blend of strength exercises, balance drills, and posture work, you’ll leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more confident in your movements.
