Space is limited to 20 participants per class. Fitness classes are for members and guests. The guest drop-in fee is $5 per guest, per class.

Each member is allowed to register for ONE member spot per class. Orders with multiple member spots will automatically be cancelled, and you will have to re-register for ONE spot.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Mondays: An all-levels yoga class designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce stress. Expect a balanced flow of mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to leave you feeling centered, stretched, and restored.

Saturdays: A rejuvenating weekend flow designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. This class incorporates breath-guided movement and deep stretching to help release tension and reset for the week ahead. Suitable for all experience levels.
